Raised oak sleeper beds with three tiered paving levels

This client came to us with his own ideas of what he'd like doing with his outside space. After talking over the various options these pictures show the end result. Because the garden sloped downhill we created three separate landing or tiers by stripping off the existing turf and making three separate levels retained by a combination of brickwork and oak sleeper beds. We then laid paved paths from the top tier down to the back gate with a feature circle of paving in the centre. The garden was finished off with some highland cobbles and Cotswold stone chippings.
